The Moose Hunt

Our guided Moose Hunts are for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. We offer both rifle and archery hunts in one of the BEST moose hunting areas in all of Northern Ontario.

Archery hunters enjoy 3 weeks of hunting prior to rifle season. This generally puts them in the PRIME rut. Most moose are taken between 10 and 45 yards.

Moose are generally still answering the call when rifle season opens and sometimes well into the 6-week season. Adult moose tags are very limited. The average moose is taken by rifle at 100 to 300 yards.

Recommended:
  • warm clothing, rain gear, compass
  • Camera - lots of photo ops
Total cost $2000. each US based on a party of 2 including appropriate taxes. Each hunter gets an adult tag. Single hunter rate $2500. US.
